I offer counseling to individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues & couples needing help navigating a difficult season of their relationship. I specialize in working with First Responders & their families, adults with trauma & ADHD.
I am very passionate about helping people learn new ways of thinking and behaving, that help them make the choices that lead to a positive adult life. I also believe people can make changes to their way of living at any age and it is never too late to make the decision to be happy and fulfilled.
Being able to help, educate and advocate for individuals and couples to a better way of living, is my everyday goal.
