Trauma:
As a Level I & II Certified Trauma Specialist, I offer a compassionate, supportive space to help you navigate life’s challenges, process difficult experiences, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with the lasting emotional and psychological impact that results from experiencing trauma at any point in their lives. My trauma-informed approach blends insight, evidence-based tools, and deep empathy to support your healing and growth at your own pace.
Whether you’re looking to understand your past, manage daily stress, or create meaningful change in your life, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and care.
Adult ADHD:
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you better understand how ADHD impacts your life and relationships. Together, we’ll work on building practical strategies for focus, time management, emotional regulation, and self-esteem—while also addressing anxiety, depression, or burnout that may be a result of having to cope with symptoms on your own.
If you believe you may be struggling with, or have already been diagnosed with ADHD, therapy can be a place to find clarity, relief, and new ways forward. My approach to treatment and diagnosis is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique brain and life experience. Let’s work together to help you feel more confident, organized, and empowered in your everyday life.
I work successfully with adults trying to cope with a variety of emotional and mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety, marriage/relationship issues, and struggles with body image, while also specializing in...
Firefighters/Paramedics/EMT:
As a Certified First Responder Counselor, I have the privilege of supporting those who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving our communities. Being a first responder counselor means standing alongside those who serve on the front lines, who often carry the invisible weight of trauma, stress, and burnout. My role focuses on providing a safe, confidential space where you can process the emotional impact of your work, learn coping strategies, and build resilience. I can help normalize the challenges of high-stakes environments, support healthy communication, and encourage practices that protect your mental health. At its core, this work is about honoring your courage, while ensuring that you have the tools to care for yourself as deeply as you care for others.
I am also the wife of a career firefighter/EMT so I have firsthand understanding of the unique pressures, trauma, and emotional toll that come with this work, so I can also provide a safe space for working with the families of responders, who often carry unseen burdens of worry, stress, and adjustment.
By supporting both responders and their loved ones, I help foster healthier communication, stronger relationships, rebuilding or strengthening intimacy, and creating a foundation of care that allows these heroes—and those closest to them—to thrive both on and off duty.
